Beautiful handmade baby turban hat - or as we like to call it - our Little Land Girl Hat.

Great fashion choice for every special occasion or just throw on and pop to the shops with your mama.

Made from Liberty of London print Tana Lawn fabric, lined with 100% silk or 100% cotton for a super soft, comfortable and quality finish. Silk lining has an extra luxurious finish and is great for frizz control and conditioning hair.

SIZING

Heads come in different sizes at different stages! So for optimum comfort we advise you to measure children's heads.

Newborn - only suitable for first weeks/2 months - 14-15 inches
0-6mths - 16-17 inches
6-12mths - 17-18 inches 
12-18mths - 18-19 inches
Toddler - 5 years old - 19-20 inches

Please note everything is handmade and subject to a 0.5 inch /1cm variation. 

They are elasticated at the back to give a snug and comfortable fit - and will stretch up to 1 inch / 2cm beyond these sizes above.

For older children please contact us separately so we can accommodate properly.

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

Tot Knot Turbans lined with 100% pure silk - dry cleaning only.
Tot Knot Turbans lined with 100% cotton - we recommend dry cleaning as a precautionary measure but many clients have safely hand-washed in a cold wash with a silk & wool detergent designed for delicate fabrics.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns / exchanges. 

PLEASE NOTE: Because all our items are made to order, we cannot offer a full refund unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery.  

The item must be returned in the same unworn condition it arrived in.  We will send you a replacement OR issue a gift card with the amount you paid, depending on your preference.

If the item arrived faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

We don't accept cancellations.

Everything at Silk & Lawn is handmade to order - Please allow 3-5 days for production time plus standard Royal Mail 1st Class shipping for all UK orders. 

All international orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail or if you would prefer a courier service such as DHL please contact us.

Dimensions

Choose from one of our sizes below for the perfect fit.  If the item is partially elasticated please bear in mind there is a comfortable give of 1-2cm /1 inch when considering your size.

Small  21 - 22 inches (53-56cm)

Medium 22 - 23 inches (56-58cm)

Large 23 - 24 inches (58-61cm)

Extra large 24 - 25 inches (61-63cm)

Take a tape measure and place over top of forehead, down to nape of neck and back around in a circle. 

For Alice bands

Adult - One size (age 8 years+)
