International Taxes
Goods are delivered duty unpaid. Seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product. International customers (outside UK) are responsible for paying any local import duty.
Refund policy
Silk & Lawn Returns / Exchanges
Because all our items are made to order, we cannot offer a full refund unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If you haven't been in touch with us within 14 days to notify us and 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We also require all items to be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be returned in the same unworn condition it arrived in. We will send you a replacement OR issue a gift card with the amount you paid, depending on your preference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned due to personal & health reasons - these include Face masks and Eye masks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If you need to exchange it for a different size or item, send us an email at katie@totknotsofbrighton.com and send your item to: Silk & Lawn, 62 Dean Court Road, Rottingdean, BN2 7DJ United Kingdom.
If the item arrived faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Only eligible on faulty items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Cancelling orders - We don't accept cancellations.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Silk & Lawn, 62 Dean Court Road, Rottingdean, BN2 7DJ United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you return with proof of postage for goods worth up to £20 and signed or tracked for any goods worth over £20.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
