Meet Zoey | On.ah 

I'm Zoey, founder of On.ah, a holistic somatic practice where I hold space for clients in my own private studio based in Southwick, near Brighton. I work with men, women and young people, supporting nervous system health and energetic wellbeing through Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Somatic bodywork, Breathwork, and Restorative holistic facials. I'm also currently training as a Root Cause Healing Practitioner, deepening my work around the terrain of the body and the body's natural detox processes.

This work found me rather than the other way round. For years I pushed through chronic stress without really listening to what my body was telling me, until it reached a point where I couldn't ignore it any longer - I was exhausted, anxious and had no choice but to stop and take time off. That forced pause became the beginning of a much bigger shift. I started meditating daily, moving my body every day, working with an acupuncturist and a biodynamic osteopath and nourishing myself with real, whole food. Slowly, things started to change and I found myself genuinely in awe of how capable the body is of finding its way back to balance, when it's given the right conditions.
That experience is what shapes how I work now. I don't believe healing comes from one single fix - it's food, movement, stillness, the state of your nervous system, the energy you carry, and the life you're living around it all. Sometimes healing looks like a quiet, disciplined routine; sometimes it looks like laughing with friends over a glass of wine. It's about finding what genuinely nourishes you and living in a way that feels truly aligned.
 
What I offer is a way to support yourself as a whole person, not just a symptom; whatever your situation. If you're on a medical journey, this work can go hand in hand with that, helping you feel more supported through it. If you're not, it can be just as valuable; a way to build a deeper connection with your body, tune into its subtleties and create long-term, meaningful shifts.
